1.) Strictly 7 Days lead time for all orders.

2.) All Padala Orders have to be fully paid at the time of ordering. Cash or Credit card purchases only. There is minimum order of $20.00 for pick-up and $30.00 for delivery. Delivery charges is $7.00 for Metro Manila and $14.00 for Provincial.

4.) All timely CANCELLATIONS are subject to a US$5.00 Service Fee.

5.) Padala Orders require four (4) working days advance notice for any cancellation. Failure to inform us in a timely manner will mean forfeiture of 50% of total payment for the order.

6.) Customer acknowledges that Goldilocks will incur costs and expenses for these Padala Orders in order to process them. The parties acknowledge and agree that a cancellation without adequate notice set forth on this Order Sheet will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total value of the order as adequate and reasonable damages.
