Clarmil Manufacturing Corporation (CMC) was commissioned in August 1996 as the licensed manufacturer of Golidilocks products, the most famous and largest chain of bakery in the Philippines. The brand is primarily known for its affordable celebration cakes for all occasions, a variety of breads and pastries and other food products uniquely made to satisfy everyone’s sweet and savory gustatory cravings.

CMC operates in a 57,000 sq. ft. commissary located in Hayward, California to produce world-class, high quality products servicing Goldilocks stores and other non-Goldilocks retail outlets all over the US including retail clubs, National Supermarket chains and other major food distributors.

Both divisions are audited annually by a 3rd party auditor, Silliker Meat and Bakery Divisions are at all times in strict compliance with the industry standards for GMP/Food Safety, HAACP, Allergen Control Management, Food Security, and all supporting pre-requisite programs Member Approved: CMC is a member of iCix (International Compliance Information Exchange) which manages information on approved suppliers including the Military branch of the U.S. Government Perfect Complement: R&D staff who can assist customers with development of their products for large volume production that can be made to suit their specific needs. Highly-competent staff and automated equipment gives the plant the ability to do toll-manufacturing for small firms and distribute the products under their own brands.
