No matter what name you say it’s a favorite Filipino dish that has become a staple second to rice. It’s a must for Filipino birthday parties and festive celebrations.

Made of fine mung beans glass noodles lovingly sauteed with meat and shrimps; topped with sauteed vegetables, shredded scrambled eggs then garnished with chopped green onions and lemon wedges on the side for extra flavoring.
